Provenance over polish
We would rather sell a satchel with a softened corner than a flawless copy of one. Wear is proof of usefulness.
What we check before it comes home with you
- Stitching at the strap joints, where weight lives
- Lining seams, repaired by hand where needed
- Hardware that still closes with a satisfying click
Carry it daily. The story continues either way — it may as well continue with you.
